Springtime Air Fresheners!

We’re happy to announce that we’ve added some spring scents to our air fresheners. Now, in addition to our regular scents, you can also choose from Coconut Bay, Lilac, Rose and Spring Fever. Coconut Bay is a spicy mixture of coconut and bay rum. You’ll want to hit the beach right away! Lilac and Rose are exactly what they say. They both smell so much like their namesakes that you won’t be able to tell the difference. Spring Fever is sunshine in a jar. Enough said? You can find them all under our “Other Products” tab. We’d like to introduce our new mineral lip glosses. If you’re looking for an all-natural lip gloss that gives your lips just a hint of color while keeping them in great condition, be sure to check these out. Available in four shades, they coordinate beautifully with our mineral foundation powders. Look for them in our mineral makeup section.

Nude Opal is a pale pink with a slight shimmer. It’s flattering on everyone but most of all to lighter complexions with cool tones. Tan Opal is a slightly darker beige, also with a hint of shimmer, flattering to lighter complexions with warm tones. Moonkissed is a darker rose shade. Choose this one if you have a medium, cool complexion or if you have a lighter complexion and want a slightly more intense color than the Nude Opal. Sunkissed is a deeper reddish-brown and looks good with medium, warmer complexions. And, best of all, they’re colored with natural minerals, packed with oils to moisturize your lips and “held together” with a touch of candelilla wax, making them a great vegan lip gloss, too!

Yesterday was a busy soapmaking-day! If you’ve looked at our soap selection on the website during the past couple of days, you’ve probably noticed that we’re completely out of Honey Almond Goat’s Milk Soap and Lavender Patchouli Goat’s Milk Soap. We’ve had a run on these two soaps and needed to replenish our stock. With that in mind, yesterday we made four batches of each scent so there will soon be 132 bars of each curing on the racks - just as soon as I finish cutting them!

…we’d like to assure you that we continue to listen to your suggestions and develop new products for you to try. After numerous recommendations that we make a pine tar soap and shampoo bar, we have finally made one! For many years people have used pine tar to naturally treat dandruff, eczema and psoriasis. It’s also widely used as a veterinary care product for its antiseptic qualities. We’ve added lavender and tea tree essential oils to our pine tar soap and shampoo bar but pine tar is not for the faint-of-nose. It has a pungent, medicinal odor. It’s available right now if you think a pine tar soap and shampoo bar is right for you or someone you know.
